Clearing Member Disclosure Document

As a clearing member of certain EU/UK CCPs we are required to direct our clients to the relevant Rulebook and in particular the mandatory CCP Provisions of that CCP.  These are available on the CCP's website listed and to the extent that we clear relevant transactions on your behalf, you will be subject to those mandatory CCP Provisions.
